Definitions
“ProdLnk” (the “Service”) is a platform for building digital product catalogue pages. The “User” is any person or entity who registers for and uses the Service.
Registration and use
- Registration is open to anyone over the age of 18.
- The User undertakes to provide accurate and current details.
- Use of the Service is subject to these terms and to all applicable law.
- The Service reserves the right to block or delete accounts that breach these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscription plans:
- Payment is made through PayPal only.
- The annual plan carries a one-year (12 month) commitment.
- The trial period is limited to once per user.
Cancellations and refunds
Important:
Cancelling part-way through a billing period (monthly or annual) does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the period already paid. You keep full access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
- You can cancel at any time from the dashboard (the "Subscription" tab) or directly through PayPal.
- After cancelling, access to the Studio is retained until the end of the paid period.
- Monthly plan: cancelling mid-month gives no refund for the remainder. Access stays active until the end of the billed month.
- Annual plan: cancelling mid-year gives no pro-rata refund. Access stays active until the end of the paid year.
- Your public product page remains available after the subscription ends.
Upgrades and plan changes
- Moving from a monthly to an annual plan, or the reverse, takes effect immediately.
- On an upgrade or plan change there is no pro-rata refund for the remainder of the previous plan.
- The new plan takes effect from the moment of the change and is billed accordingly.
Price changes
ProdLnk reserves the right to update subscription prices. Any price change takes effect no earlier than 30 days after users are notified. Notice is sent to the user’s registered email address. A price change does not apply to a subscription period already paid for.
User content
- The User is solely responsible for the content they upload (products, images, descriptions, links).
- Uploading unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content is prohibited.
- The Service may remove content that breaches these terms without prior notice.
Connected social accounts
- Connecting a Facebook Page or an Instagram account is initiated by the User and explicitly authorised on the platform’s own permissions screen.
- The Service publishes and replies only according to content and rules the User configured.
- The User is responsible for complying with Facebook’s and Instagram’s terms, including with regard to content and automated replies.
- Any account can be disconnected at any time from the Connections tab, which immediately stops all publishing and replies.
External links
The Service allows links to external sites and platforms, including your own stores, sales pages and affiliate programmes (Amazon, AliExpress, SHEIN and others). The User is responsible for ensuring links are valid and comply with those platforms’ terms.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS". ProdLnk is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business losses, or technical faults.
Changes to these terms
ProdLnk may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on the site and/or sent by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
