What changes between plans is how many customers you answer each month. The catalogue, the categories and publishing to social come with every plan. Prices are for annual payment and include VAT.

Get startedWhat counts as a comment?
One comment the bot handled counts once — even if it replied publicly, sent a private message and hid the comment.
- A comment no rule matched is not counted.
- A comment stopped by a limit you set yourself is not counted.
- A comment the bot failed to answer is not counted.
- A comment that was only hidden, with nothing sent to the commenter, is not counted.
- The allowance resets on the 1st of each month. Unused comments do not roll over.
Run out? A pack of 1,000 extra comments costs ₪10, on the annual plan.
