The difference to understand before comparing any price
Manychat bills per Active Contact — the number of people the system interacted with that month. One person who wrote to you ten times counts as one contact.
ProdLnk bills per comment the bot handled. One answered comment — publicly, privately, or both — counts once.
In practice: if most of your enquiries are one person asking one question, the two are similar. If you have a chatty community, their model suits you better. If you have a reel producing hundreds of one-off askers, ours does.
That is why the two price lists below are shown separately rather than in one table. A single table would imply a precision that does not exist.

Where Manychat is better
Not a polite list — these are things we do not do, and if you need them, they are the better choice.
- Far more channels. WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email and TikTok. We have Facebook, Instagram and YouTube only.
- A visual flow builder. Branching scenarios with conditions, delays and tags. Our rules are much simpler: keyword, then answer.
- Ecosystem and maturity. Integrations, templates, a large community and documentation. They have been at this far longer.
- A free plan. Heavily limited since March 2026 — 25 active contacts a month — but permanent. We offer a 14-day trial and then a subscription.
Who each is right for
Choose Manychat if
- You need WhatsApp, SMS or email in the same system.
- Your scenarios branch — multi-step questions, conditions, segmentation.
- Your team works in English and dollar billing is fine.
- You are not selling catalogue products but managing conversations.
Choose ProdLnk if
- You sell products, and what the customer needs is a name, a price and a link.
- You want a Hebrew interface and shekel billing with a VAT invoice.
- You do not yet have a page to send customers to — the catalogue is included.
- Most enquiries arrive as comments on Instagram and Facebook.
Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate flows from Manychat to ProdLnk?
There is no automatic import, and it would not help much: the structures differ. In ProdLnk you define rules — a keyword list, a public reply and a private message — which is usually a matter of minutes rather than rebuilding a flow. You can start from a ready-made template and edit it.
Does ProdLnk support WhatsApp?
Not currently. The bot works on comments on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and private messages are sent on Facebook and Instagram. If WhatsApp is your main channel, Manychat or a dedicated WhatsApp tool will suit you better.
Why are the two prices not in one table?
Because they measure different things. Manychat bills per active contact — people — and ProdLnk per comment answered. One table would imply a precision that does not exist. Better to show each price list in its own units and let you work it out for your own mix.
