Information you provide:

• Full name, email address and phone number at registration.
• Profile picture and name from your Google account when you sign in.
• Store information: name, logo, products, categories, buttons and links.

Information collected automatically:

• Analytics: page views, clicks, browser, device and country.
• IP address, used only to derive the country and not stored.
• An anonymous visitor id, used to analyse trends.
• The referrer, used to analyse traffic sources.

What we collect:

• Page or account access tokens, stored encrypted in our database.
• The name and id of the Page or Instagram account you connected.
• Posts you published through the service, including their text, image and the id the platform returned.
• Comments on those posts: the comment text, the commenter’s username and id, and when it was written.
• The messages the service sent on your behalf — public replies and private replies.

What we use it for:

• Publishing content you initiate to the Pages and accounts you connected.
• Collecting comments on those posts and running the automatic reply rules you configured.
• Showing your publishing and comment history in your dashboard.
• Counting usage for billing.

Retention and deletion:

• Disconnecting an account deletes the connection and its stored access token immediately.
• A data deletion request through Meta deletes the connections and strips the commenter’s name, id, comment text and the messages sent to them from our comment records. The record itself is kept without identifying details, so usage and billing stay reconcilable.
• Your own publishing history — the content you created — is retained, as it is yours and is not a third party’s personal data.

• We use external providers for payment processing, identity verification and file storage.
