How many comments are included
The allowance is measured in comments the bot handled. The catalogue, the categories and publishing to social come with every plan.
- Catalog — ₪10 a month, 100 comments a month.
- Growth — ₪30 a month, 1,000 comments a month.

- One handled comment counts once — even if the bot replied publicly, sent a private message and hid it.

Frequently asked questions about the comment bot
Will a comment bot put my Instagram account at risk?
That is the common worry, so the system is built around it. You can cap how many answers go out per post and per hour, answer each person only once, and restrict the bot to certain hours. The replies rotate between variations rather than repeating one wording, and the recommended pattern is a short public reply with the details in a private message — less like spam, and better for the algorithm.
Which networks are supported?
Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. On Facebook and Instagram comments reach us in real time and the answer usually goes out within a minute; YouTube is swept periodically, so replies there are not immediate. Automatic private messages are available on Facebook and Instagram.
Do I have to publish through ProdLnk for the bot to work?
No. The default is posts the system knows about — ones published through it or added to tracking — but a rule can be set to answer every post on the connected account, older ones included. A post added to tracking is answered from the moment it was added onwards only, so its comment history is not flooded with late replies.
What if several rules match the same comment?
Only one rule runs per comment — the one with the highest priority, and on a tie the older rule. The other matching rules are recorded in the event log, so you can see exactly why the answer that went out was chosen.
Does the bot answer at night and at weekends?
Yes, unless you say otherwise. Each rule can be given active hours so the bot only answers within the range you choose.
What happens when the allowance runs out?
The bot stops replying until the next month begins, and the comments it did not answer are marked as such in the dashboard so you can see exactly what was missed. You get an email when you reach 90% of the allowance. You can upgrade — which takes effect immediately — or buy a pack of 1,000 extra comments for ₪10.
